How to Make Big Money as an Affiliate

As you are probably too busy at some party I decided to write up a post that is not about detailed affiliate strategies so much. This is also not meant to get you all ecstatic. But affiliate marketing is big business. You along with half of the affiliate marketers online knew that.

But do you really know how you can make huge sums of money? If I was a hard seller I would also tell you that it is fast and easy. It is not easy but depending on your work ethic and how much you learn and come up with great ideas you too could become a super affiliate.

In fact anybody can become an internet million. It might not happen overnight a whole lot but some have achieved that kind of success in one year with affiliate marketing alone.

A few of those guys have written top selling ebooks displaying their own affiliate strategies because they really are nice enough to let the little guy or gal in on the action. But it does require a lot of work depending on how much money you want to make with your internet business.

Let this article be of great inspiration to you. Let the whole idea of being financially free just sink in as the new year begins. Want a great resultion? How about resolving your money problems with some time and effort. Despite all the detailed information I throw out in this blog operating an affiliate business is very simple. Here it is in six steps...

• Build an affiliate site.
• Sign up with an affiliate network like clickbank and choose a product.
• Link to your affiliate product of choice from your site.
• Get listed on google and generate the traffic.
• Recommend your product and be honest to your visitors.
• Make affiliate commissions and repeat as desired.

Sure there are some gaps that need to be filled but think about this for a second. Think back to before you even heard of affiliate marketing. If you were clueless on the topic and some rich guy you met at a casino handed you a piece of paper with those steps don't you think you could figure the rest out by yourself within days if you really put your mind to it?

My point is the learning curve is not that big of a deal. It only takes about a full week to get how everything works and then take action to see great results right away. That is how lucrative affiliate marketing is and it will stay this way for as long as the internet is intact.  

So I will tell you this. In order to make big money as an affiliate marketer you need to take what you have learned about affiliate marketing and think bigger than that. For example instead of focusing on one affiliate site at a time you could open a chain of sites and pay somebody some money to create content for you.

Or you could build authority sites that rake in twenty times as many sales. There is more than just that. You could do stuff like create top selling products, build big email lists, flip websites, create a link building service, make youtube videos, and so much more.

The point is obvious. If you want to make big money as an affiliate marketer then you need to think big.
